Notice : a PCI bus failure will cause symptoms identical to a SKIM failure, a skim delete will allow the vehicle to run however it will not resolve the issue and will allow other symptoms to present themselves, such as loss of instrument clusters, no power windows, no A/C, general intermittent electrical faults, etc.
Cherokee and Grand Cherokee models are especially susceptible to this fault
